3. No makups for any reasons. Months with 5 lessons days are bonus, or a way to balance out no-makups.  We will try to make alternative arrangements when possibile; no guarantee.

 

NOTE: Prices SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE and are Not Transferable / Non-Refundable (See section on make-up lessons).

Payment is by e-Transfer, Cheque or Cash - payable before the lesson. We also accept PayPal (Online Credit Cards) with a 3% convenience charge added after applicable taxes.

Debit (no fee) and Credit cards can be accepted on site and are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Lesson Cancellations / Make-up Lessons:

You Must Notify CEC VIA the Lesson Application (cec.lessons.website) (no other method is accepted) at least forty-eight (24) hours in advance!  Although we do not guarantee a makup lesson for missed lessons, this notification will help us try to provide an alternative. Please keep using the system for that reason.  Private Lessons; are much more flexible; however, same rules apply.

ERRORS: If we have removed a lesson by mistake, you must notify us via email within 10 days of the reported error and we will correct it.
