1Paying for individual lessons does not hold your position in the lesson. To be guaranteed a spot in a particular time and date you must have a positive balance of pre-paid lessons (buy in sets of 4 or 12). Payment Must Be Made Prior to the Lesson.
2Depending on the Number of Students and where the show is located, this fee could change. Please ask us for details before each show!
***Automatic Payment must be setup for this price, payments due the 1st of every month, add $20 for late payments or non-automatic payments! Practice rides cannot/will not be made up if missed or due to horse sickness/injury. However, we do try to provide an alternate if possibe at our sole and absolute descression. Requires One Months notice to cancel.  4 lessons/month are included, extra lessons for weeks that have 5 days/month are to be paid in addition to the part-board rate.

 

NOTE: Prices SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE and are Not Transferable / Non-Refundable (See section on make-up lessons).

Payment is by e-Transfer, Cheque or Cash - payable before the lesson. We also accept PayPal (Online Credit Cards) with a 3% convenience charge added after applicable taxes.

Debit (no fee) and Credit cards can be accepted on site and are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Lesson Cancellations / Make-up Lessons:

You Must Notify CEC VIA the Lesson Application (cec.lessons.website) (no other method is accepted) at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance if a student is unable to attend a lesson, otherwise the lesson fee will be forfeited. Make-up lessons can be arranged, and must be within 30 days of the missed lesson date. Make-up lessons outstanding will not hold/guarantee a students place in a lesson - only a positive pre-paid balance of lessons will guarantee a spot!

ERRORS: If we have removed a lesson by mistake, you must notify us via email within 10 days of the reported error and we will correct it.
